Dimitra Rappou is Executive Director for Sustainable Products at the Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI), bringing a strong academic background and extensive experience in UK and European waste management policy and strategy across the public, private, and third sectors. A Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), she advances circular economy and sustainability practices across the paper and packaging sectors. Dimitra leads the CPI Design for Recyclability Guidelines, represents the paper sector on the PackUK RAM TAC, and serves on multiple strategic groups and committees in the UK and Europe.
